FREE Sports Physicals

As an athletic director, coach, or trainer, you know the preseason scramble to get every athlete cleared before the first practice. Iowa Ortho is here to help.

Iowa Ortho is hosting a free sports physical event for local middle and high school athletes, and we would love your help getting the word out to your families. Every physical is performed by a licensed doctor, includes the forms required for school athletics participation, and comes with guidance on injury prevention, all at no cost to your athletes, their families, or your program.

What your athletes and families should know:

• The physicals are free.
• A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent.
• Completion of required forms is necessary for school athletics participation.
• Iowa Ortho provides all necessary participation paperwork on-site, and forms can also be downloaded ahead of time.
• Physicals are first come, first served from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
